God Deserves Our Praise

Praising God does not depend upon the life seasons or the storms that are challenging the core of our faith. Praising God is the personal outward affection we give God because of Who He is and the marvelous things He continues to do in our lives.
God Deserves Our Praise

"You are worthy, O Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power.  For you created all things, and they exist because you created what you pleased." (Rev 4:11)

Great Day! Great Day! Great Day!  This is the day the Lord God Almighty has created, and because of His greatness we are to give Him praise, glory and honor.   

How many times have you put on that favorite dress, lipstick with matching eyeshadow and as you leave your house, walking to your car and suddenly you notice the beautiful clouds, birds singing and the fresh aroma scent of flowers nearby?  How often do you, after a long day at work and driving home in bumper to bumper traffic, rush to your quiet place in the back of the house to reflect on the goodness of God?  Your heart is overflowing with gratitude...love...peace.  Reflecting on how loving and awesome is your God.  "Yet the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life" (Ps.42:8)
He is the God of your life and my life too. He protects us...provides for us….heals us….delivers us...guides us....loves us. Faithful is our Father, and He knows everything about us.  Nothing is hidden from the Omnipresent Creator of the heavens and earth.

Faith is strengthened in the storms or happy times in life, never will the Lord leave nor forsake us.  We can trust him today and every day.  "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; for I will uphold you with my righteous hand." (Isaiah 41:10)

"I will bless the LORD at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth." (Ps. 34:1)

Help me Praise Our God.  To God be the Glory. Hallelujah!  Glory! Glory! Great is our God.   "Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD!" (Ps.150:6)
