The Bible speaks of a time to plant. Have you ever had a garden or flower patch with beautiful fragrance everywhere, and a storm comes along and washes them all away?
To be strong is to be able to move heavy weights or tasks that are physically demanding. It also means to be able to withstand great force or pressure, to be indestructible, secure, and well fortified.
We've got to get to that finish line, overcoming every obstacle, jumping over every hurdle. Do you ever wonder why there may be someone in your life whom you always end up with contention?
We can position ourselves for transformation and watch God work miracles in our lives. Watch your latter days be the best days of your life. You will receive blessings you can't imagine.
All of us have prayers on the altar that we are expecting God to answer. We're seeking Him, calling on Him, petitioning Him day after day, and we find that things seem worse than when we started.
Are we truly thankful to God for every day that He give us? Do we live every day as though it is our last day on earth? What if a doctor diagnosed you with some dreaded terminal disease and told you that you had a very limited time to live; how would you live your life from that time forward?
When it rains, most birds run for shelter. The eagle is the only bird that, in order to avoid the rain, starts flying above the clouds. God wants us to learn to fly above the clouds, where the sun is always shining.
When is the last time you felt the presence of God in your life in a way that you cannot describe? Maybe when you were in prayer, or ministering to someone, or worshiping God. There may have been times when all of a sudden you just began to cry and couldn't explain why.
What do people see when they see us, do they know that we are Christians? Many times we don't have to say anything in order for people to recognize the Christ in us. In Jesus' day the Pharisees wore certain clothing that made them stand out in the crowd.
You can't have a vision without faith and faith is seeing what is not visible, before you can physically see it. It takes time for a vision to come to fruition; it is a continual process, with God working to do what He needs to do for that vision to take form.
